Brad S Palmer , AK January 08, 2017 Appliance: Jenn-Air Dishwasher JDB8700AWS1 Jenn-Air Dishwasher Jdb8700aws1 / : Dishwasher stopped working all control panel lights on intermittently then no lights at all unplugged and retried no error codes no panel lights on panel nonoperational. How to replace Control Panel. Replaced control panel. Checked wiring inside front door and 120 volt power wire. All checked good. Removed white plastic control panel cover. Found 2 surface mounted resistors were burnt on circuit board of control panel when looked at with 10x power eye loop. Replaced with new control panel and it fixed the problem. Noticed the the old part number was superseded with a new one, so make sure you get the newest part number incase there is a problem with original part number. Dishwasher was only 2 years old.
