I watched the video on applianceparts.com and followed exactly the same steps - unclipped the ends of the rails, pulled the top rack out, removed the damaged part, read side first, then front by aligning the "V" plastic tab, installed the new wheel mounting strip in reverse order of taking it out, put the top rack back on to the rails and clipped the plastic end caps back on. Took about 5 mins from start to finish...easy!
