Michael Y Lexington , NC March 08, 2015 Top rack on maytag dishwasher would not stay in position because of broken support pieces Looked at the schematic of the dishwasher that was on-line at appliancepartspro.com and identified the parts that I needed, ordered them, and repaired the dishwasher. Also, there were a couple of videos that were extremely helpful from appliancepartspro.com that showed exactly how to remove the old parts and replace with the new ones. Ram M Medina , MN February 15, 2015 Dishwasher top rack kept falling off the rail from one side I watched the video on applianceparts.com and followed exactly the same steps - unclipped the ends of the rails, pulled the top rack out, removed the damaged part, read side first, then front by aligning the "V" plastic tab, installed the new wheel mounting strip in reverse order of taking it out, put the top rack back on to the rails and clipped the plastic end caps back on.
