I got my owner's manual out to determine how to clean the filter...and it was corroded with calcium and lime. I soaked it as per the instructions, but felt to get the best out of my dishwasher and to extend it's life, I ordered a new microfilter. The selection process was easy and I found the website to be extremely user friendly. I am truly amazed at how quickly my microfilter was received...order received and shipped the very same day!
