After I watched the supplied tutorial on the website, the removal and replacement were pretty much straight forward...only one screw to remove, and two putty knives used to pry out the old unit. However...I suspect the unit shown in the tutorial had already been removed and replaced, to make it appear easier. Mine was a little stubborn to pry out, but it did eventually pop loose & installation of the replacement unit was quite easy. Press into place, replace one screw. Without the tutorial, I would have had no idea how to remove the old unit.
