I did some research on the AppliancePartsPros.com website for my JennAir refrigerator model and quickly found the 6 button keyboard membrane to replace my malfunctioning keypad. Initially, I was unsure if the problem was related to the control board or the keyboard membrane, but after speaking with a specialist over the phone and reading the helpful feedback from other customers on the website, I was able to determine the exact part without having to order multiple parts. The replacement was a breeze and only required me to remove two screws and I was able to pull out the whole dispenser fixture to replace the defective part.
