I was receiving the dl error code on my Samsung VL Washer and no matter how small the load was the machine would still error out and start the spin cycle again. I saw that many people had the same issue and the recommendation was to replace the suspension support rods. I watched the video that Appliance Parts Pros has online for replacing these parts and it was very detailed and extremely easy. The only difficult part was keeping the top stable once you unscrewed everything. (much easier if you have someone to help but I did it by myself)
I am not a handyman but this was too easy not to do it myself. The parts came quickly and the replacement parts fit perfectly. The washer has been working great since I replaced the parts and actually spins better because the clothes don't have as much water in them when the load is complete. Highly recommend replacing all four suspension rods as you do not know which rod is causing the issue. Also, recommend getting the grease as this really lubricated the joints.
