By searching the WWW and locating the OEM replacement part at your site! I was then pleasantly surprised to find that you guys put together a video showing how to replace it. Wow, what more could a DIYer ask for!
Note about the video -- I don't *think* the part about depressing plastic tabs was necessary to remove the latch assembly. Please double check me on this, but it seemed that all you have to do is lift the whole assembly out of cradle that it snaps into. This will avoid user from accidentally breaking these fragile tabs (insert sigh) ??
