Called in on a saturday no less and got a tech who was most helpful in determining the problem. The tech said that after looking up finally found where that has been the cause of the issue I was having. I ordered the switch and it was here in two days and fixed the unit after arrrival of the part. Fortunately I worked on it that day as my wife accidentally had discarded the envelope that the switch came in . The switch was so small that she had pitched it in the trash. Fortunately we were able to recover the envelope and the switch and the unit is fixed. Thanks again ...
