Thomas O Clearwater , FL July 14, 2015 Door was sagging and wouldn't close without lifting it up manually The part was a simple little washer inserted next to the hinge. It probably took me 45 minutes to take the door apart and fix it. The instructions that came with the door were very well written and the door now works just like new.
