Ordered a very expensive piece of plastic in hopes it would prevent me from trashing an expensive and old freezer. Followed the instructions and the new gasket fit very easily. I used the hair dryer to reform the gasket per instructions. Although the gasket does seal, the freezer no longer has the vacum seal swoosh that was with the original gasket. Will watch and make sure the gasket does seal and the freezer does freeze.
