After researching the problem, I found your handy repair video that showed exactly what to do. I removed the bad door switch and then ordered the part from your website. Once it arrived, I installed the new door switch and the washer worked great. Thanks to your videos, it was easy to do and the repair only took a few minutes.
As a side note, I ordered the part on a Sunday and paid for over night shipping. I expected the part on Monday but the part was not shipped until Monday morning. It was delivered on Tuesday. Technically, still an over night delivery. I'm ok with it because it was not an inconvenience. But it may be a good idea to mention that some where on your site. If it is, I missed it :) This is the second time using your services and I'm impressed. I will be a customer for a long time.
