We ordered a switch plug and a water pump because your website told us that it was either one of those parts. Our order was delivered within a couple of days after our order was placed. We downloaded the directions from your site and low and behold it was the switch plug which my maintenance guy tried first. The washer works like nothing ever happened. We were so happy. I wonder if I can send the water pump back to you since we didn't even touch it for a credit in the amount of $32.06. It is still in the plastic. I will definitely order from you again. What a good experience for a change. You deserve 10 stars out of five!
