Had an appliance repair man come and he determined the drain hose was leaking. He gave me a quote for $296 for parts and labor to replace the hose. I went to AppliancePartsPros and paid $11 for the hose and had it in my hands the next day. My 16 year old son and I replaced the hose ourselves in 1 hour by following the YouTube video by AppliancePartsPros.
