This part was exactly like the original. It took me about 2 minutes to replace it. One thing to note - there is a tiny plastic clip that was on the original rail which did not come on the replacement rail. I transferred it from the old to the new rail. The best I can describe the piece is that it is a white plastic clip and appears to function to keep the drawer from sliding all the way out when it is pulled open.
