John H Naples , FL April 08, 2021 Drawer rails were broken Ordered the parts, and they were delivered in about 5 days. Took about 20 minutes to remove the old and install the new. Don't have to purchase a new Refrigerator. Have bought several items before as well. Door shelves have a tendency to crack. Have replaced 2 of them before.
