After testing all of the most common problems with a multimeter according to the repair help page on the A.P.P. website it ended up being the item that the troubleshooting guide that was IN the dryer underneath the top cover that got it right. I followed the gas valve testing procedure and everything checked out so it said it was either the Pcb board or wiring harness and it was a bad Pcb board. It is now back to working the way it was. I found that it was critical to test each and every part with the multimeter before ordering parts I did not need.
