I researched the error code online,tested the switches, found them to be working, & realized that the control board had failed.Looking online for a replacement part, I found ApplianceParts Pros.com, which had the lowest price AND a video showing how to replace it.
The part arrived in 2 days ( at least as fast as I could get a repairman to come to the house),and I was able to replace it quickly.
