Replaced the heating element which metered with infinite resistance. Break in the coil was not that obvious. Ordered the part Thursday before going to bed, part arrived Saturday around noon, 10-15 minutes later the dryer was ready to operate, of course I had the old element mechanically out of the dryer. Had to swap the two thermostats over to the new element [two screws each] and attach the new element in place [two screws]. As long as I can get parts for this dryer it is going to keep on running.
