My dryer was not heating so I went ahead and cleaned out my dryer air hood as it needed it. Then, I purchased a new thermostat that goes where the heating element is. Be sure to also get the thermal fuse assembly as it may go out also that is located right next to it. The easiest way to figure out what is exactly wrong is to get an electrical tester to find out what items do not have continuity. I'm found out that the thermistor part did not show continuity even if it is good. The repair videos on this website were very helpful. Thank you.
