I watched the video on changing out the Samsung Dryer heating Element. My dryer was newer than the model shown in the video. The video still gave me the basic insight as to how to take the dryer apart. I went slowly and had to evaluate several upgrades the manufacture made in the newer model. It took me a little longer than I anticipated taking it apart.
Once I received the new part from Appliance Parts Pros. It was fairly simple putting the new part in and assembling the dryer.
The dryer works so much better. I guess we didn't realize that the original heating element was going bad in the three-year-old dryer until it finally stopped heating!
