Ordered a heater element wire kit and a thermal fuse in advance because your web site said that they were the most common issues with my dryer. Pulled unit apart, visually checked heater wires, they were ok. Used a volt ohmmeter to test fuse, the fuse was open. Removed, replaced and tested the dryer. The dryer is repaired.
