We watched a video from appliancepartspros.com. Took it apart and saw what the problem was. Ordered the part from appliancepartspros.com. Waited for the parts to arrive. Changed out the parts while watching a video from APP and the dryer is working fine now. My husband is 70 and I'm 60 and we were able to do it in about 3 hours!!! It also saved us $$$. Now the washer is making noises so we'll see...
