It took my husband and I four times to fix the dryer. The first three times, we greased the wheels and the noise kept getting worse. We finally found the repair kit and followed the video. Our dryer is a slightly different model that the one in the video. It took a few extra minutes to figure out how to remove the front panel (first three tries we only removed the back). I’m glad there were two of us working on it as some of the pieces were heavy and awkward. It took us maybe an hour start to finish. The dryer has been running smoothly ever sense!
