I originally thought it might be the element, so I took the dryer apart to check it out. The dryer was full of lint, in every cranny and nook. I removed as much as I could with a small brush and vacuum cleaner, as carefully as I could, so as not to damage any internal parts. The element was in tact. I fan on the blower appeared to have fallen off. I tried to re-install it, but the inner hole had been stripped and that was impossible. I order the blower housing assembly, watched the tutorial, and replaced it with minimum difficulty. I had some help from my 6 and 8 year old sons to re-install the drum (hold it up and steady to line up and re-screw it to the back), but the rest was a breeze! As a single mother of four, it is beneficial to research and repair for ourselves. We all learned something new and gained experience. I am very grateful for the instructional videos and the ability to research online. Appliance Parts Pros's website is easy to navigate and I have always been pleased with the speed of delivery. Grateful in Texas!
