Linda D Dayton , OH February 24, 2019 Dryer wouldn't turn on. My husband and I tried to run the dryer, but nothing happened. We both noticed that there was no noise when we turned the knob, which didn't seem right. He pulled the knob off, and we noticed a small crack in it. We also noticed that a small metal piece was loose inside, and appeared to be broken. I looked for parts, and found the d-shaped metal insert and the knob. We bought both pieces, received them in only 2 days, and fixed the dryer. It works perfectly now, and we didn't have to pay for a repair. We couldn't be happier!
