It's a simple repair once your into the back of the Whirlpool washer. However, I felt that the pump might as well be replaced while I'm checking hoses etc for clogs. $100 bucks for the pump and sensor and I'm confident the repair will last. I spent about an hour to collect tools and do the repair. Most of the time was spent disassembling and reassembling the back and top of the machine. Very easy fix
