The tech data sheet says that either the door lock assembly or the control board needed to be replaced. I tested the door lock assembly and got ambiguous results (no continuity but 2,000 ohms resistance?), so I ordered a replacement because it's a lot cheaper than a control board. That solved the problem. The repair is easier than it looks. I definitely recommend looking at the "how to" video.
