Lisa C Spring Lake , NC March 12, 2014 My washer would not complete the spin cycle and wring the water out of the clothes I ran a diagnostics check on the washing machine and came up with the error code E47 -Board thinks the door PTC circuit is open in spin. The washer thought the door was open and would not finish the spin. I was left with a washer full of very wet clothes. This repair was SO extremely easy. I only needed to uses a pair of needle nose pliers and a screw driver. It took less than 10 minutes, start to finish. Now the new door lock assembly registers correctly and my clothes are completely wrung out. YAY! My husband was SO surprised that his wife did this! HA! Sallie C Pelham Manor , NY July 16, 2017 The door latch broke for the 2nd time on my 18 month old Frigidaire washing machine. Since the repair company was going to take 8 days to get to me, I decided to try and get the part myself. I went on line and found AllpiancePartsPros. It took less than 5 minutes to order. The process was simple, and when it didn't ship overnight, they were very responsive and refunded my shipping cost. The part arrived the next day, and was an easy fix that took no time. Andra M Bellingham , WA March 30, 2014 Broken door lock assembly I looked for the part locally---it would have cost $90 and couldn't be returned for any reason. Found your company online. Price was better ($68+$7 shipping), so saved $15.00, plus I could return the part if that wasn't the problem. I spoke with a representative when purchasing---he sent written instructions and gave me a toll-free number to contact if I had problems during the installation. Installation went smoothly. I will use your company in the future I ever need appliance parts.
