The most difficult part of this repair was removing the 3 screws that held on the cover.
The replacement part was easy to install. Just 2 hose connections, 2 screws and 2 electrical connections. And now my washing machine is no longer dripping hot water into the tub.
Doing this repair myself saved me hundreds of dollars.
