Took the panel control panel apart and found that the motherboard had been fried after and electrical storm blew the transformer on our pole. It actually blew the copper off of parts of the circuit board. Went to AppliancePartsPros.com (after getting a quote of $400 to fix it by a repair service) and found the exact board to replace it. Knowing the service would be excellent (bought a replacement ice maker previously) I ordered on Sunday afternoon and had the part Tuesday afternoon! 15 minutes and the dryer works like new for a quarter of what it would have cost to repair. Bravo everyone for outstanding service!!!!
