Do-It-Yourself Story

First I ordered the control board by phone, but I received the assembly control panel. I thought the sales lady must have gotten confused, so I sent it back, got the control board and installed it. However, some controls now worked and some still did not work, so I ordered the assembly and installed it with the old control board and Voila!, it all worked. I guess the sales lady maybe knew something I did not! APP promptly refunded the first return and I hope the same will occur for the second return. Thanks for all your help.
