I did some investigating of the EO error online and the consensus was to replace the drain pump. Once again AppliancePartsPros.com saved my bacon. The part arrived in a couple of days. The repair video on the site was extremely helpful. My model had 3 small bolts holding down the assembly which was different than the video on the site but everything else was the same. I installed the replacement part, reassembled it, cleaned it up, and ran a quick test cycle and a longer sanitizer cycle. Your company is a real comfort to homeowners!
