Replaced the motor/inverter. I found an easy video on YouTube and followed the directions/recommendations, found here:

He recommended getting the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com, and the process was easy and fast. I ordered the part on Sunday afternoon, and it was delivered by FedEx on Tuesday morning - and that was with the basic ground delivery option.
The whole process was easy, I got the right part the first time, and it's nice to know that this business exists.
