Our dryer stopped working three weeks with a check lint filter flashing. I cleaned everything I could but we still kept getting the check lint light warning. After reading for a while I figured out the Thermal fuse had blown and I confirmed it with my multimeter. I order a new thermal fuse and thermistor, replaced them and things worked for about 24 hours until the thermal fuse tripped again. I bought another fuse thinking the one I had just replaced was faulty. I replaced the fuse again and this time it blew for three hours. I started exploring what else could be the problem. I figured out something was faulty with the heating element, the high-temp cut-off, or the thermostat. I ordered parts from a separate supplier, but we also opted to replace the moisture sensors as well. We ordered the sensors from AppliancePartsPros.com I replaced everything with the new parts and just finished running three loads through the dryer. Everything is drying beautifully and the sensors are functioning stellar.
