Eric N Thompson Falls , MT November 15, 2014 Error code er s plus flashing on display After research online indicated a membrane failure with the control pad, I replaced the key pad assembly. The part was not exactly as pictured as the plastic flange that extends down into the door which you attach the control board to is smaller on the left side. The key pad portion on the door top is identical and it fits but the flange does not match up to all of the original screw holes (some are now vacant and you have screws left over. In the end it seems to fit securely and the problem is fixed! The shipping was on time. My only complaint is that the cost of the item is pretty steep for fixing an 7 year old dishwasher that was only $400-500 when we bought it.
