Fan Blower was bad. There are some good videos out there showing how to replace it. I did have to use the adaptor that was included in this part purchase. What wasn't included, was the foam pad that goes around the space where it mounts in the oven. You need the foam to make a positive seal for airflow. ALSO be sure you clean any oils from the new part before you try and stick the foam seal to it. I used a spray adhesive on the old foam to make it tacky so it would stick on.
If you know what you're doing, remove the oven door first, that will help with working around the unit. Having a bit of cleaning items and a cleaning eraser handy helps with cleaning the places you can't get to with regular cleaning. You can use a Phillips bit, but I found it easier to use a square bit.
