After two appliance service repairmen looked at the washer told me it was a pressure sensor board that was not working. They then claimed part was not available. I went online and put the make and model of the washer in search. Your website came up, asked me what codes came up. It said it was the pressure sensor. The site showed you had it in stock and was a factory, new part. I ordered the part came a week later. It took me thirty minutes to r and r and now the washer runs like new. It saved me 2,000 dollars from buying a new washer. We bought the washer in 2009.
Thank you,MRM
