I ordered a new one from you folks. Put it in and there was light!! Very easy fix to get the light.
However, bending over to get under the microwave, resting my elbows on the stove top, getting one little tiny screw out and then in with old man eyesight, banging my head on the bottom of the microwave and using cusswords I haven't used since my Navy days will take some time for my bride of 51 years to recover from.
My back is out. My elbows are skinned. My mouth is still tasting the soap my wife put in it. But she has light in the kitchen!
All this for less than $10. $3 for the bulb and $7 to ship it. What a deal.
