Lisa O Knoxville , TN March 18, 2016 F3e2 After searching online I found the problem was likely the temperature sensor, electronic control or a wiring problem. I am a veterinarian with absolutely no electronic training but enjoy solving problems and the service call itself was $95. I replaced the temperature sensor for $20 and did not fix the problem. At this point I debated calling a repairman but then found this website which would allow returns, as the control panel is a pricy item and the local parts stores do not allow returns. I ordered the control panel which arrived quickly. The online video provided was immensely helpful and with simply a screwdriver I had the new control panel installed in less than ten minutes and a working oven. I would highly recommend this company.
