Its not fixed yet. I did change the Dispenser motor as you suggested but it did not solve the problem. I would say its still a work in progress. I am in touch with your techs and with their help, I hope to solve the issue.
I must add that the help I received from them on the phone was surprisingly good in terms of their knowledge. They took their time to offer suggestions, search for issue related documents, sent me info on running diagnostics and meaning of all those error codes. I know much more about my Whirlpool washing machine now than I did starting the project.
