1) went to the web site 2) reviewed the list of trouble shooting symptoms 3) Found the symptom that applied to my unit. 4) Ordered the part 5) received the part and watched the repair video 6) installed the part, plugged in the unit and celebrated about an hour later with an "ice cold" beer!!
