Ordered new filters...unfortunately they arrived badly damaged. They are kind of flimsy to begin with...and the were packaged and shipped in a white plastic mailing envelop. They arrived partially folded and I had to place some flat weights on them to reshape. The frame around the filter media is crimped and shows when the (Thermador) direct vent is in use. Oh well..I'll live with it...in the future, you should consider maybe placing them between two pieces of stiff cardboard or Styrofoam. Aside from this shipping issue, ever other purchase I've had from Appliance Part Pro's has been 5 stars! Great company to do business with..good follow-up and tech support.
