The video was very helpful that I clicked on your website to check on the parts. I saw the video a couple of times and I felt confident that I could do the repair on my own. I took the washer apart as your video stated and checked the parts. The clutch band look like it needed to be replaced. I decided to order the coupling because the price was reasonable compared to other companies. I received the parts promptly and got started and the washer worked like new.
