I ordered the run capacitor, based on AppliancePartPro's 5 most common problems listing this part as the probable cause. Being just before the July 4th holiday, I couldn't get a repair person out for 1.5 weeks. If this didn't fix it, I was going to have to go out and buy a new freezer just to save all the food. This saved my couple year old 24.9CuFt freezer from ending up in a landfill. I am going to order another one just to have on-hand so the next time isn't an emergency.
