After Googling the condition I found myself at this great site. I searched the condition and was led to the exact page where others described similar conditions. I ordered the part which arrived quickly, followed the video and 20 minutes had it working. The repair saved me a ton of money as I was going to call a repairman to look at an out of warranty model.
