Laurie B Dekalb Jct , NY August 08, 2016 Our freezer would not stop running we turned the dial to various settings but still no change We replaced the control -temperature part. Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. After waiting another 24 hours, our freezer began thawing everything. We believe our compressor may have been the problem. We decided on a new freezer.
