David B Winslow , IN May 03, 2018 Appliance: Model AMANA SIDE BY SIDE Freezer was thawing and refreezing. When I turned freezer control knob, had to manually turn it back on. Put defrost thermostat on and it worked fine. Repair video was almost perfect. I made repairs myself and it took about 30 minutes. Thank you AppliancePartsPros.com.
