Called Appliance parts pros and they sent me a service manual pdf. for my Samsung Refrigerator. I thought that was awesome! I spent about 4 hours trying to figure out the self diagnosis and troubleshooting info. I finally used the manual to take out the icemaker and related stuff and pulled the temperature sensor. When I could not get resistance through the sensor I ordered a new one. The part was here in a day and a half. And the fridge seems to be operating normally now. The required assembly and dis-assembly was easy using the manual. These guys are fantastic!
