I removed the control box and replaced it with the one I ordered. I did have to remove and replace the thermostat controls on the front panel also. the controls were part of the control box kit but the front housing was not. It was easy to remove and replace everything. However after replacement I turned on the thermostat to factory settings and the door that controls the air from the freezer to the fresh food sectioned closed when it should have opened. When I turned the control to off the door opened. It was working completely backwards. After comparing the wire diagram from the old one to the new one, I noticed one wire was connected to the wrong terminal. I connected it to the right terminal, reinstalled it and it is working fine.
